1. Products

SteerShield is a physical vehicle security deterrent device designed to help reduce the risk of vehicle theft.

All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, packaging, or design may occur without affecting product functionality.

SteerShield reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

2. Use of Product & Disclaimer

SteerShield is a physical deterrent device and does not guarantee prevention of theft or vehicle damage.

By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No security device can provide 100% theft prevention.

  • Proper installation and lawful use are required.

  • The product must only be used by lawful vehicle owners.

  • You assume full responsibility for installation and use.

SteerShield shall not be liable for theft, loss, damage, or any consequences resulting from improper installation, misuse, negligence, modification, or unlawful use of the product.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

A legally binding contract is formed only when:

  • You receive order confirmation via email, and

  • Payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unauthorized transactions

  • Product unavailability

  • Shipping restrictions

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.

For international customers:

  • Currency conversion fees may apply.

  • Import duties, customs charges, VAT, or local taxes may be imposed by your country.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to purchase.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International: 5–14 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SteerShield is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

7. 30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Refund Policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

Return Shipping

SteerShield LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Vehicle theft

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of income, profits, or business opportunity

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or misuse

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, SteerShield products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all implied warranties including:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some limitations may not apply to you.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logo

  • Branding

  • Product images

  • Videos

  • Text

  • Graphics

Is the exclusive property of SteerShield LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

12. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

By placing an order, you agree to contact SteerShield customer support before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be disputed using delivery confirmation, tracking records, and transaction verification.

We reserve the right to block future purchases from customers who initiate fraudulent disputes.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with applicable U.S. federal laws and Texas state laws, as well as international data regulations where applicable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
